As a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You'll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we've implemented the following changes:

Our team will pre-screen for symptoms before every work shift. You will only find healthy team members working within our practices.

We ask that our patients take their own temperature before coming to their appointment so that they can accurately complete our pre-appointment COVID symptom screening form upon arrival. All patients will complete the pre-appointment screening.

Patients will be given the option of waiting in their personal vehicle for their appointment to start after checking in at front desk. They must first check in at the front desk and complete their patient forms before returning to vehicle. This will be offered as an option, but not a requirement for our patients.

We have added air purification systems in all treatment rooms and reception areas with HEPA filters that will catch up to 99.9% of virus particles in the air.

Our team will be wearing updated PPE with additional layers: new updated uniform lab coats, upgraded masks and goggles/ facial shields. This means that they will be working hard for you and they will be hot! Due to this, please understand that our practice temperature will be cooler than you usually experience, we recommend dressing in layers in case the practice is too cool for your comfort.

Patients will be given adequate PPE for their practice visit. As you may have heard on the news media, the medical industry is battling a shortage of PPE currently and prices have increased anywhere between 100-500% on these important items necessary for dental visits. For this reason, our practice has implemented securing a Patient Protection Package for each patient appointment to ensure that our patients have the proper safety equipment. The ADA has implemented a dental billing code for this protection. At the time of the visit, we will charge a minimal fee of $18 for each Patient Protection Package to assist with the PPE and immense costs of our re-opening during the virus season.

Patients will be given a pre-procedural mouth rinse which will reduce bacteria in the mouth therefore reducing risk of virus particles in saliva.

All patient areas within our practices will be wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant prior to patient exposure. We will place barrier wraps on all necessary surfaces and use as many disposables as possible for your safety.
